Tuesday 4th June, 2019.<\/p>\n<p>Jos\u00e9 M. Guibert, Managing Director of Tiru\u00f1a, and Massimiliano Bianchi, President and Managing Director of Fosber Group, have confirmed that both parties have now signed the final documentation that sees Fosber Group taking a majority share-holding in Tiru\u00f1a, the Spanish manufacturer of corrugating rolls.<\/p>\n<p>The signing of the contracts, which was undertaken on Thursday, 30th May, was the culmination of the joint announcement that was made to the market in February this year.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWe are glad to have the deal ratified,\u201d confirms Guibert. \u201cIt is an exciting time for us, as we become a member of the Fosber family.
