Ethical Code

TIRUÑA is a group of companies that has as main activity the fabrication and repair of metal parts for different companies and especially the realization of Corrugating roller and pressure rollers carton manufacturing industry-oriented wavy, with manufacturing facilities in several countries (Spain, United States, China and United Kingdom), and as one of its objectives, growth and recognition, nationally and internationally, it must have a policy stating the principles under which should govern its activity.

In this sense, TIRUÑA must ensure the compliance of the work of the people who form it, where ethics in the development of its work constitutes one of the fundamental principles that define its know-how, establishing a framework of conduct which governs the relations of TIRUÑA with all its members, that is, workers, customers and suppliers, with the aim of consolidating a business ethics, to maintain a complete and honest behavior through good corporate governance and the guarantee of full transparency, picking up this commitment to act in accordance with values that ensure responsible behavior and with absolute respect for the law, in all its dealings with employees, customers, suppliers, shareholders and TIRUÑA in general.

The code of Ethics will be applied in Spain and in all those countries in which TIRUÑA operates, taking into account its cultural, social and economic differences.
